SCC is caused by more things than HPV

Solar radiation induced SCC, BCC, on the face (and top of head for those of us without so much up there anymore to protect it) are very common, removed easily, and not wildly invasive like oral SCC

I have yet to see another web page that has all the information on HPV that has accurate information on it. As the primary person that works with Dr. Maura Gillison keeping OCF's HPV page current, I am not totally surprised by this, because the information is changing rapidly as new information reveals itself. I have made edits in our own page, (without significant additions of new content) that change numbers, percentages, and the "authority/tone" with which we comment on certain aspects of it all as reinforcing material makes itself apparent.
