I'm back into research mode, and anxiety mode, as my husband had a biopsy of a skin lesion on his leg come back positive for SCC.

The following is from Mayo skin cancer online:
HPV - This group of viruses has more than 100 strains, about a third of which are sexually transmitted. Some of the viruses cause genital warts; others can lead to cancer of the vagina, cervix or penis. Now, researchers think that infection with certain types of HPV may also play a role in the development of squamous cell skin cancers.

Anyone aware of a connection to skin cancers? Notice above does not mention Oral Cancer.

My husband has now had three types of cancers in 3 years.
2007 prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma), 2008 BOT (SCC), 2009 skin (SCC)
