Sounds like you need an accountant to figure out just where you stand. My wife and I pay $1,497.40 per month for top quality, no specialist referral needed, family medical and dental coverage with Aetna. Actually, the dental is with MetLife and is about $110 of the monthly total. My total tab to date for the BOT Tx is just over 300K and we have been out of pocket maybe 3K.
