I had a part of my jaw removed, and a bone put in, but it failed so my ends of my jawbone were going away. I went from one specialist to another and finally, my ent and I decided to wait and see. I did and yesterday, I had my first panorex in a year, and the bone has not disappeared anymore but has formed a nub which should stay that way. ( although I feel like an experiment). My old dentist cancelled, and I saw a brand new one, MD also and a female and just up on everything. She is even going to try and be creative and make me a mouth quard for night sleeping so I don't bite my cheek anymore. I was so excited. She even talked me into getting my teeth cleaned at her facility-I have been scared to because my jaw moves on it's own.
I drove Dr. Mike crazy with this a year ago and then I just kept to myself with my stupidness. I am tickled and wanted to share! Thanks for listening-I will let you know the outcome. Shoot-I may even have my wisdom tooth pulled that everybody wants out. Debbie

Looks like invisaline. My new dentist looks at me and I know she wonders how I got this way. She is not even charging me yet until I come back in a month and see if it works or needs adjusting somehow. It really is nice to have a doctor with some compassion for a change. My husband and I can't believe how bad some of the docs have treated me. Don't give up. PS. I have not lost anymore bone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Debbie

Noticed also some clenching when I watch crime/thriller DVDs!
