Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 837 | I agree with Amy about the excessive amounts of sodium in a lot of canned soups. Fortunately there seem to be more of them that make a lower sodium variety, and I've started to look almost exclusively for those (in addition to making my own sometimes).
