Quitnet, the patch and being scared out of my mind all helped me quit! I only quit once. Had I known that it was "doable" I would have quit much earlier. For so many years I kept telling myself that I couldn't do it - that they would have to put me in a padded room, etc, etc.

Turns out I could do it, and there weren't too many bodies that I had to dispose of!
