There are all kinds of aides out there but the strongest is one's mind. I smoked for 30+ years sometimes up to a pack and a half a day and it took facing oral cancer to make the quitting stick. I have been lucky I have angels on my shoulders cause I quit with 7 other people in this house all smoke. At any given times there are cartons of cigarettes in my home. If I can do it any body can...First the will to quit then the aides and support help....It can be done
