I agree completely with you Pete. The first question that everyone asks me is "were you a smoker?". I just tell them yes and move on. Today is what I can spend energy on. I'm a big fan of Dr Dwyer and Pulling Your Own Strings is one of my bedside books that I re-read portions of often. Don't worry about what you can do nothing about.
