Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 309 | i cannot imagine such a diagnosis without medical insurance ... how do people do it at all? i saw the bill for one radiation treatment - $16k - for ONE! x's that by 36-40? Ouchie wowie!
Surgery another 35-100k ... - chemo who knows how much $ ? is this why the death rate is so high for cancer? once they get a diagnosis they cannot afford to go back to the doctor?
