Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 309 | just another mention on this Oil or Oregano is avaiable in the tablet/gelcap form i mentioned and also in a liquid form that you stick under your tongue ... i suggest the tablet kind because the liquid smells awful and i cannot imagine putting it under my tongue everyday ... so if you can swallow a small pea sized tablet, that is covered in gel - do the tabs not the liquid. (unless you are into things that taste bad ... if you are then have a ball LOL)
