Martha & I went to her surgery followup appt today and she got an ALL CLEAR; no nodal involvement; clear margins and no other cancers noted in the removed breast or chest tissue. Her doctor said it's the best possible path report she could have hoped for. So with a big sigh of relief she's off to make her appt with her chemo doc. He did yank her drainage tube out and I thought Martha was going to hit him as she had been told by a "friend" that it wouldn't hurt!! She squealed like a stuck pig but it was short lived. Sounds similar to others' experiences with the Peg.

Jun 07, back to riding my bike 100 miles a wk. Now doing 12 Spin classes and 60 outdoor miles per wk. Nov 13 completed Hilly Century ride for Cancer, 104 miles, 1st Place in my age group. Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
