Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 1,128 | VHC is sometimes hard to find, dunno why, but look in the diet section of supermarkets to find drinks like Boost and Ensure. Safeway carries a less expensive store brand (no name to it) that is actually made by Ensure. Wally carries a house brand also.
Point is that you can get down a LOT of calories without filling yourself up volume-wise.
