Rob's big secondary tumour was in his parotid gland.They are the ones you get mumps in,(parotitis)and when they are swollen you look like a hamster with a full pouch!!!.The very first procedure he ever had done was a fine needle aspiration and it didnt hurt him at all ,but they did take enough fluid out for a diagnosis and to relive the pressure and reduce the swelling considerably.It came back of course but he was much more comfortable for quite a few days.
