Jim that is where Dan had his FNA and like Brian said it's so big so it's tough. After that first one on the initial office visit they sent him for the CT then did a second and then sent him for the third with ultrasound. All that was to help define the area more clearly. No pain though - just an irritant according to Dan, but he did say try not to look at the needle :-)
