Also, Baby Back pork ribs can be slow cooked, covered, in a 325 degree oven for a couple of hours in the sauce of your choosing and the meat will fall off the bone and is easy to swallow. Risotto [made with arborio rice] can be enhanced with small bites of chicken, fish, ham, asparagus tips, onion, garlic, etc. I use chicken stock [Swansons]for the liquid and this is a filling meal.
