I bought some pork barbeque that looked really tender and juicy the other day and, even with added sauce, I could not get the little bits of meat down. I can eat pureed pork pretty easily but I'd LOVE to eat some "real" meat (though it all gets pureed in your stomach anyway). Yes, eat up and enjoy ESPECIALLY if you need surgery.
