I helped in a little way. Firt we took the rib of the pork chops and sliced them super thin. She quick fried them in butter and a touch of salt and seasoned with garlic. Remember I can't eat seasoned food so she was skimpy with the seasoning. She then topped it with ragu alfredo sauce. She cooked some wide egg noodles and then pours the pork sause? over it and mixed it together. I ate it like I haddnt eaten in years the meat was so tender and juicy and of course I have very little problem eating pasta. Well that was a very good and quick meal. I think from what my Rad Dr told me today that I might better enjoy all the solid food I possibly can for a while cause it looks like I may end up having surgery. YUCK. So if you are able to eat a little chunky meal try it it is soooooo goood. Thanks Brenda
