Oh, I want your recipe for Shepherd's pie. When I was a young college student, there was a British Pub around the corner from school. I went in(when I had money) just for the shepherd's pie. Oh what a taste, and I have never been able to copy it. Can you share your British version.
Please do try tilapia. Also, corned beef is easy to chew. This sounds kind of funky, but I make a mean corned beef sandwish (can't bite off the bread) but dunk it into Tomato soup and I can then bite it off and feel like a normal person.HAHA

Partial mandibulectomy and neck dissection 2/3/07. T2NOMO.
Had 14 hour operation which included reconstruction of jaw.
Reconstruction failed. Some radiation, no chemo.
