Fish is always good. I have it every day now because it is so easy to chew and very good for you. Tilapia, flounder, even catfish is delicious baked in butter or even fried in extra virgin olive oil.
Also, try mac and cheese. Potatoes seem like they should be easy, but they never are. They discouraged me so much until I learned there are much better things. After many months, I can eat baked potatoes with lots of butter.
Oatmeal is also a good thing to try with lots of butter and milk and a little honey. So good for you too.
Cream of chicken soups and tomato soups(if you do not have ulcers in your mouth) are also very nutritious.
My son,"the chef" made me crab bisque. I never thought of it, but now you can get bisque's in the grocery store and they are delicious.
I will keep looking, it seems I eat healthier now than ever before, even though I cannot chew well. So how can I complain?
Just the other day I tried crablegs and WOW! I did it.
