Thankfully, it's not an actual massage (my insurance doesn't cover massages). It's called manual therapy/lymphatic drainage. It doesn't even feel like a massage. It's actually a very light motion over the lymphatic areas. Then there's the myofascial stretching....now that's much more than a light motion.
