Happy Halloween Laura, I'm glad you got to enjoy it with your daughter.

I had a checkup with my ENT 2 days ago and he was a little worried by a sore that has developed on top of some scar tissue in my cheek. It's next to where I have a missing tooth and for some reason because there was no tooth there, I have had massive scar tissue in the cheek there--and my cheeks have gotten tighter and rub against my teeth in general (especially since I sleep on that side) but there (because no bottom tooth and more tightness from scar tissue) the upper tooth seems to really irritate the cheek tissue sometimes--to the point where it bled when he pressed it. He is pretty sure that's all that is worng there--and gave me some of his swish and swallow mouthwach which should bring down the inflammation and irritation--but I have to come back in a month for him to see if it's gotten better.

So I am trying not to worry now. These things are hard to not worry about, even if there's more of a chance they aren't cancer than they are!
