Hi-I saw your post & thought of some ideas to ask about. One is a condition called leukoplakia (my mom has a very rare & dangerous form of it)...some other types are not so bad and two would be yeast infection. I've read about it but it's been awhile...at least these are things you can ask the MD about!!! Good luck..hope this helps!
