Platinum Member (300+ posts) Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 458 | Brian, I'm going to echo Barb's comments, having been there with my first wife's battle with cancer. For Paul, try and find a good Hospice organization, they can help both Paul and yourself through this transition.
Second, if there is a support group of both cancer patients and caregivers like Wellness Community, try and hook up with them. I wouldn't have been able to cope with Sharon's illness near as well as I did if it weren't for the wonderful people in the support group.
Also feel free to vent here, we do cyber-hugs.

SCC Tongue, stage IV diagnosed Sept, 2002, 1st radical neck dissection left side in Sept, followed by RAD/Chemo. Discovered spread to right side nodes March 2003, second radical neck dissection April, followed by more RAD/Chemo.
