Thanks again everyone for all the messages and support. I have to admit I have become very interested to see what is new on the board!

Eric is going home tomorrow. He adjusted to his medication, the nausea ended and he is left with a sore neck and a very sore throat from his surgery. A good friend of his will be staying with him for at least five or six days. She has a great sense of humor and is the best choice to be around during the first few days home. His parents will be there often I am sure.

I came back home last night. Got eleven hours of straight sleep, and woke up feeling better than I have since this started. Having a great outcome on the surgery really boosted everyone
