Lolita - your post caught my eye because my son has also been having muscle spasms in his neck altho' they don't seem to be very severe. If you do a search (click on the "search" feature, top of this page) for "muscle spasms" you will see lots of good information on what others have done to get some relief. If you have additional questions, you could start your own topic so others can respond directly to your concerns. It's good you've been slowing down on the cigarettes. Maybe if you keep your fingers busy on this site, they will have less time to reach for the "cancer sticks".
