Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 794 | If he doesn't have a suggestion, then he doesn't do enough of these surgeries to be giving you advice in the first place! Go, then, to a large university medical center or a cancer center with a good head and neck department and ask for a consultation with their prosthodontist.
