I had the same diagnosis as you in 1997. Had rt neck dissection followed by 36 XRT rad treatments, no chemo. I had a new occurrence in 2001 that cost me my voice box. Still doing fine. June 9, 2011 SCC 1.5 cm hypo pharynx, 70% P-16 positive, no mets, Stage I
