Weight loss can be expected and it appears she cannot afford to lose any more weight. A Gastro doc can install a PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy),(feeding tube), in short order. It might could occur in conjunction with her initial surgery.... She is going to need the extra nutrition. Darrell
