Sorry about your diagnosis,

I was also diagnose by the same cancer last month i got surgery done, It was very difficult for me also to know about the same but my Dr. was very sure that he can treat the same.
From where you are going to get surgery done ? Go to a good oncologist with ENT specialization. As I met many oncologist but they all said that I will face problem in speaking but the ENt specialist was very sure that I will be able to speak very soon and now I can speak normally.
