I thing smoking and drinking are the cause of irritation , i have quit drinking as well, for ease of my mind please tell me the conversion rate

had oral biopsy, result says:-Chronic inflammation, hyperplastic squamous epithelium(10th Sep 2013),smoker and regular drinker
