Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 2,671 | Oh My Goodness! I just tried the cake and it is AWESOME! I mixed up the Angel Food Cake with a box of Red Velvet Cake (My daughter's favorite cake). I only made a little cake but it was light and springy and this is definitely a keeper. I'm making this for my daughter's birthday coming up soon. And it really only took ONE minute! Thanks, Tony!
