I know you are very scared. But please do yourself a big favor and calm down. You are afraid of the unknown. At this point you have dont everything right (except for too much internet self-diagnosing). When the biopsy results come back in about a week then you will know for certain what exactly is going on in your mouth. Worrying wont change the test results, it will only make you feel worse. Until then stay busy and enjoy the nice spring weather. It probably is just irritation caused by your tooth, that sounds like a very good explanation from what you have written.
