I couldn't wait to get off that crap I only used if for about 4 weeks but I was so glad to be clear of it. Too much sugar and the alternative is sugarfree which has fake, sh!t in it which is even worse - chemical soup is all it is. Better to make it fresh, fresh fruits, veggies, non soy based protein, almond coconut hem quinoa milk etc...
Still have my protein shake very morning... Gets me to 2 pm.
