It is so very natural to be feeling gut clenching anxious and fearful. Who wouldn't be? Keep as busy as possible, do whatever you can to distract yourself - a rented movie is 2 hours that you hopefully are free from worry - take them, and remember - we are always here for you - whatever happens, we walk this path WITH you.
