I think 3 months is premature all things considered but most cancer centers seem stuck on that amount of post Tx time. Hell I was so weak I barely able to lift a water jug on top of the cooler at 3 months. My 3 month scan showed "spots that can not be excluded" and my doc's said "not to worry". Yeah that's gonna put me into my comfort zone! They scheduled another 3 months later and the first spots had disappeared but 2 new spots "not to be excluded" showed up. Waited another 3 months and finally I was declared cancer free.

Jun 07, back to riding my bike 100 miles a wk. Now doing 12 Spin classes and 60 outdoor miles per wk. Nov 13 completed Hilly Century ride for Cancer, 104 miles, 1st Place in my age group. Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
