Hello. I thought I'd pose the question- how do you deal?
Besides the support of my family there are few things I've done and am doing to help me deal and just plain get up in the morning.
One major thing that has helped is my pets. I have 4 dwarf hamsters and by doing so very little they can do so very much to raise my spirits. And by knowing that they depend on me it's one those reasons I have stashed away when I'm having a difficult morning and need that extra push. I still live at home so for as silly as this is going to sound when I'm in my room, which I tend to, I'm never alone.
Another thing I found helpful is tv on DVD. Somedays I just don't want to get out of bed or I can't. So I pop in some tv on DVD. Lately it's been true blood. This way I get caught up and it's longer than a movie. And true blood is especially helpful because most people on the show aren't eating food.
