Cymbalta is an SNRI antidepressant so if you wanted to stay with that type of AD drug Effexor or Pristiq would be your other choices.
Prozac and Zoloft are SSRI ADs which are well known and effective.
MAOIs and tricyclic ADs generally have more side effects then SSRI and SNRI ADs. Your Dr or MO will have a better idea of what would work in your situation based on the other drugs you may be on.
