Sorry to hear you too are having to make this journey.We all seem to progress differently through treatment but I'm sure you will be able to make both weddings.
We travelled 2 hours from our treatment centre to visit our children during treatment - and after. Kris was tired, but if you pace yourself and allow time to rest it is very doable.
The weddings will also give you something joyous to look forward to. Aim to be there, I'm sure you will.

R) level 2-4 neck dissection 8/1/11 to remove residual node - necrotic with NED
Feb '12 Ca back.. 3/8/12 total glossectomy/laryngectomy/bilat neck dissection/partial pharyngectomy etc. clear margins. All nodes negative for disease. PEG in.
March 2017 - 5 years disease free. Woohoo!
