I went to see Him today:) he looked good..he was wide awake and was very much aware of his surrounding... ever since they switched his pain killers he is back with his memory ( I felt like I was meeting him after so many days)but he did not give me the luxury to cry.... He gave me such a nice smile..... It took all my strength not to cry and keep on smiling and telling him about his grand kids. he is still in observation unit. we are taking one day at a time.
taking care of my father in law who was diagnosed with stage 2 Squamous-cell carcinoma in march 2010. had surgery done in April , recurrence in sept2010, RT and cetaxomab done in oct n November. still on peg tube. he has tongue necrosis..... developed lymphoedema after radiation.
