I had been registered to be a bone marrow donor for about 10 years. About 6 months ago I received a routine email asking me to update my information. I did and of course included my DX and TX for SCC. Not long after I sent my response I received an email telling me that I was being removed from the donor registry. So from that - I assume that SCC prevents you from being a bone marrow donor.
