Rebel, Im so sorry to read of such a drastic surgery. Do yourself a huge favor and go to a cancer center for a second opinion. Do not hesitate. Call right away and tell them everything and that you need to be seen immediately. It could mean a completely different treatment plan which could potentially save some of your tongue.
