The courage of Christine and Eric is inspirational to us all.
I was extremely fortunate that all my cancer damage is invisible. My scars have faded to nothing, the plates and screws in my jaw aligned perfectly leaving only a dimple in my chin. Heck the plastic surgeon who did the flap also got rid of the turkey waddle neck when he was putting my jaw back together. I even grew a handlebar mustache so I look the perfect picture of health. As long as I keep my mouth shut and my shirt on to hide the feeding tube, no one's the wiser.
Christine's video is very powerful. Anne-Marie is right, those two are beautiful people in the best sense of the word.
Even though the subject line is a rhetorical question, I minored in rhetoric, so the answer is NO.
