"Just got an update - the tumor is far too aggressive to take it all out with surgery, so she's done with that and is on to a reconstruction. Most of the tumor was taken out, but it had seeped in, unlike common tumors, and would have done more bad than good to remove. Send as much love as you can. Mom needs it more than all of us."
