I agree with David that you should make an appointment with an ENT (ear nose and throat) or you can always start with your dentist but either way, I would make an appointment soon.
Oral cancer displays differently for different people and we are not doctors here so we would not be doing you a service giving you our opinion on your symptoms. The best thing you can do is to see a dentist or ENT. Good luck and I hope you find you do not have a need to come back here.

This is another custom island. This one could be used for ads. This spot is one of the best places for ads on your site to be placed. This can be enabled/disabled on a per forum basis.
