I was a woek out nut before treatment. I even use to tape my PEG tube to my chest! afrter a few weeks I was not able to run or bike but I did get in a daily walk! Actually it was more of a shuffle! It was good for me and great for my mind. It was a long comeback post treatment, but I just kept at it.
It was also a great social time for me. The folks I use to run/ride/swim with made sure I got out almost every day, made tough times much more tollerable
