I tried to exercise all the way through treatment. I am a very physical person and really enjoyed working out. It was my goal to be almost through treatment and still running, doing resistance training and yoga...and then reality sunk in or should I say the effects of rads/chemo.
Personally the benefits of exercise are too numerous to name so I really think you should continue to be active and try and keep to your normal routine as long as you are able.
Keep your chin up!
