Carol - never apologize for telling YOUR story. This is the reality of your life and we all know how individual this disease is. While it is scary for new people to see that it does - SOMETIMES - come back, that is the reality of this disease - whether it is oral cancer or other types.

More important is that you "keep on keeping on". You have done so with such grace and lack of complaint that you have been an inspiration to me - and I know you will be that to everyone.
