I think in a situation like this a second opinion is a good idea. Even when you trust your treatment team it is obviously a huge decision and I think more input might be helpful.

I'm sorry that this is a decision you even have to make but I'm glad to see you are getting support here and very thoughtfully weighing your options!!!
