I just watched the interview with Roger Ebert. He and his wife are incredible people. I was however angry when Oprah said that his wife had REFUSED to let him die. Well, I did too but look what happened. It almost implies that if you try hard enough-the person will survive no matter what. I know I'm probably way too raw to have watched it but I knew you'd all understand.

cg to husband, 48 Stage 1V head and neck SCC. First surgery 9/07. Radiation and several rounds of chemo followed. Mets to chest and lungs. "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain." Went home to God on February 22, 2009.
