Unfortunately Tinnitus is a side effect of Cisplatin. According to all of the ENT's I have talked to Cisplatin is extremely toxic to the inner ear. I had one tell me that they may be a procedure to reduce some of the effects, but no guarantee. Mine is not bad enough, so I declined.

For me, and acceptable trade off !
